Postle Dental Group has deep roots in Central Ohio dentistry dating back to 1923, when Wendell Dean Postle graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, opened his own practice, and served as a part-time faculty member at the college. His dedication to clinical excellence and dental education established a foundation that would shape the practice for generations.
Wendell’s son, Harry Herbert Postle II, followed in his father’s footsteps, also graduating from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and continuing the family’s commitment to comprehensive, relationship-based dental care in Central Ohio. In 1986, Dr. Herb Postle became the third generation to join the practice, working alongside his father for 12 years before carrying the legacy forward in Hilliard, Ohio.
In 2021, after decades of serving patients and advancing the family tradition, Dr. Herb Postle “turned over the reins” to Dr. Lisa Briceland-Kolp and Dr. Michael Willman, entrusting them with leading the practice into its next chapter.
Today, that legacy continues as Pearl Dental Group — formerly Postle Dental Group. While the name has evolved, the philosophy of care remains the same: conservative treatment planning, high clinical standards, and long-term patient relationships rooted in trust. Under the leadership of Dr. Lisa Briceland-Kolp, and Dr. Michael Willman, Pearl Dental Group proudly continues serving families throughout Hilliard and the greater Central Ohio community with the same integrity and commitment established in 1923.
