- If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
- Current CDC guidelines recommend masks being worn in medical offices; therefore, we ask you to please wear a mask. We would be happy to provide one for you if you do not have one.
- Please remember, the same smiling faces you are used to seeing are under those masks!
